My first attempt at a Full Metal Alchemist fanart... and it has to be Riza Hawkeye-sama! (I have something for females who play a very supportive role like Hinata Hyuuga, Lucrezia Noin...)
Again, I was practicing on shading... but then, it's pretty silly to practice when you don't have any models or anything... *sigh*
Hee hee... Like a friend of mine pointed out, I like pin-up kind of poses... well, I was also thinking of the whole Roy x Riza thing...
I do thank you for the comment. Really appreciated.

Did you draw it upside down ... ? Because I can't imagine doing that ^ˆ^;; I'd get so confused. It looks good upside down, though! I love her hair so much. It's so pretty and flowy and nice ... Her face and expression are really pretty too.
No, I didn't draw it upside-down. I drew her the rights-side-up, but I kept on turning the paper around to check her eye focus; and I had magazine picture references on how the body looks lying down (though I didn't want Riza to look as skinny as the models; but I have an admiration for small waists ).
And, yes, it should stay upside-down, since it looks kinda weird the other way 'round.
Thank you so much for the comments. They are always, always welcome.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
